This is a suit for wrongful death brought by Rita Baltruks Kasperski, the widow of the decedent, Franciszek Kasperski, individually and on behalf of her minor daughter, Elizabeth Kasperski, and by the decedent's four major children, Robert, Henry, Stanislaus and Helen Kasperski.
