On July 2, 1975 under that name it filed a petition for relief as debtor under Chapter 12 of the Bankruptcy Act (Real Property Arrangements by Persons Other Than Corporations) 11 U.S.C. § 801 et seq. It sought an arrangement with respect to its interests in real property mortgaged to others and a stay of foreclosure...
