In this bankruptcy action, the Court is asked to interpret a Mississippi state statute concerning the perfection of a security interest in the bankrupt's automobile. The Bankruptcy Judge determined that a security interest had not been perfected in favor of the lienholder, General Motors Acceptance Corporation [GMAC].
