This is an interlocutory appeal, brought by the People under C.A.R. 4.1, to review a ruling of the district court granting the defendant's motion to suppress evidence seized pursuant to a search warrant. The basis for the defendant's challenge was that the evidence was illegally seized in violation of his rights under the Fourth Amendment to the United States Constitution, U.S. Const. amend. IV.
