John A. Dupart and Reginald Adams were charged in the same information with simple burglary in violation of La.R.S. 14:62. Defendants pleaded not guilty at the arraignment. After the trial judge denied defendants' motions to suppress physical evidence, the state amended the information to charge defendants with receiving stolen things valued at two hundred dollars in violation...
