Appeal from the decision of the Patent and Trademark Office (PTO) Board of Appeals (board) sustaining the rejection under 35 U.S.C. § 103 of claims 1-5 and 15-16 of application serial No. 557,207, filed March 10, 1975, for "New Anthelmintic 5-Cycloalkylthio- and Oxy-2-Carbalkoxyaminoben-zimidazole Compositions."1 We reverse.
