This is an appeal by the plaintiff from an order of the district court dismissing plaintiff's petition for a writ of habeas corpus.

The appellant, on November 22, 1975, was found guilty of having committed aggravated sexual assault and aggravated kidnapping. Subsequently, appellant filed a petition for a writ of habeas corpus in the Third Judicial District. As grounds therefor he alleges three errors...
