Lily Davies Bodin, widow of Camille Bodin, as owner of an undivided one-third interest in certain described immovable property, filed suit September 8, 1977, for partition by licitation against Joan A. Bodin, the divorced wife of Lawrence Kent Berry and divorced wife of Luther R. Doiron.
