Parrish, the appellee-plaintiff, commenced this action on April 25, 1978 by asking the court to hold Billy Max Parrish, the appellant-defendant, in contempt for his alleged failure to pay support and automobile insurance premiums, as provided in the divorce decree of June 28, 1971.
