Victor Longlois and James S. Moore were charged by bills of information with possession of marijuana, a violation of LSA-R.S. 40:966. On November 9, 1978, a preliminary examination was held; on January 29, 1979, defendants' motion to suppress was submitted on the evidence adduced at the preliminary examination.
