NICHOLS, Justice.

The Defendant, Land-Ho Development Corporation, appeals from a judgment entered in Superior Court in Penobscot County in favor of the Plaintiff, E. N. Nason, Inc., in an action tried there jury-waived. The Defendant challenges several evidentiary rulings made by that Court. The Defendant also asserts that the complaint failed to state a cause of action and that the Plaintiff's failure to grant requested discovery required the imposition of sanctions...
