Defendants Rudolph C. Baker and Roger Pennell were each convicted on each count of a five-count indictment charging them with causing a woman to travel in interstate commerce with intent to further the business of prostitution, unlawful under state law, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 1952(a)(3) and 2.
