Defendant-appellant Charles Michael Atkinson brings this appeal from his conviction of the offense of commission of a felony while armed under Ind. Code 35-12-1-1, since repealed. Following his conviction at a trial before a jury, Atkinson received a determinate sentence of ten years imprisonment. Atkinson's Motion to Correct Errors was overruled by the trial court.
