On June 29, 1978, upon petition of the disciplinary board, we ordered respondent, Stephen E.S. Healey, to submit to an impartial medical examination to determine his capacity to continue in the practice of law. Upon review of the report of the impartial medical examiner, on November 30, 1978, we concluded that respondent's condition would be sufficiently stable in order to continue in the practice of law only in the event that regular medical treatment was...
