Appealing his false loan application and obstruction of justice convictions, defendant first contends that the indictment should have been dismissed because it was based on information obtained by the Government from his attorney, and, second argues that he was denied a fair trial because the court improperly restricted the testimony of two defense witnesses and the cross-examination of a Government witness, and the Government failed to disclose...
