This is an appeal from the District Court's order of summary judgment in favor of the Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare, who had denied claimant Chaney's application for disability benefits under § 1611 of the Social Security Act (the Act), 42 U.S.C.A. § 1382. We conclude that the District Court properly decided that there was substantial evidence to support the Secretary's finding of no disability...
