The Civil Aeronautics Board issued a subpoena directing Deutsche Lufthansa Aktiengesellschaft to produce certain documents sought in connection with an investigation of possible violations of the CAB's regulations pertaining to denied boarding ("bumping") of passengers who have confirmed reserved space.
