This matter is before the Court upon the petition of The Florida Bar to amend Article III of the Integration Rule of The Florida Bar and the Bylaws thereunder. It is the purpose of the amendments to provide for one representative of the active non-resident members of The Florida Bar on the Board of Governors. The petition is in response to the suggestion of this Court in In the Matter of The Florida Bar, 355 So.2d 426
