Molly Pitcher Canning Co. ("Molly Pitcher") brought suit against Southern Railway Co. ("Southern") and Central of Georgia Railway Co. ("Central") seeking the recovery of damages resulting from a collision between Central's train and Molly Pitcher's plant and equipment.
