OPINION

WREN, Presiding Judge.

This appeal from a summary judgment challenges the finding of the trial court that appellant, as a supplier of hauling services to a materialman on a group of state highway resurfacing projects, had no claim against the appellee contractor, Tiffany Construction Company, or its licensing bondsman, appellee Fireman's Fund. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
