This case, which the Indian Claims Commission transferred to this court pursuant to 90 Stat. 1990, 25 U.S.C. § 70v, is now before the court on review of a decision of the Commission dismissing a claim on the ground of collateral estoppel. In the dismissed claim, which seeks just compensation for an alleged fifth amendment taking of plaintiff's land, the plaintiff challenged a finding in an accounting report...
