ROBERTS, Judge.

Defendant appeals from his conviction of Robbery in the Third Degree. He contends that the trial court erred in denying his motion to suppress evidence seized from his automobile following a Terry-type1 stop and in failing to suppress an eyewitness identification of the defendant by the victim and her son. We affirm.
