This is a suit for damages for personal injuries. Plaintiff's 13-year old daughter was riding her bicycle on a public street in the City of Lake Charles on December 31, 1974 when the tire of her bicycle struck an alleged "irregular place, or hump" where the concrete driveway into the residence of Mr. and Mrs. Mark J.
