The defendants-appellees, Lott and Geeslin, were charged with second-degree burglary and felony theft under sections 18-4-203 and 18-4-401, C.R.S.1973. Prior to trial, the appellees filed several motions, including a motion to suppress evidence claimed to have been seized incident to an invalid arrest.
