Pursuant to article V, section 15 of the Florida Constitution, this Court promulgated1 and later amended2 Canon 6 of the Code of Judicial Conduct. Canon 6, in relevant part, now reads as follows:

B. Public Financial Reporting: 1. Income and Assets. A judge shall file such public report as may be required by law for all public officials...
