PER CURIAM.

This is a contest of a school bond election in which a majority of the votes cast were in favor of authorizing the Ector County Independent School District to issue 21.6 million dollars in bonds. The funds raised by the issuance of the bonds were to be used primarily for extensive renovating and refurbishing of existing buildings, the construction of two new elementary schools and one new junior high and for a new athletic stadium.
