Appellants Anthony D. Martens and Richard E. Greenberg sued appellee General Motors Acceptance Corporation (GMAC), for statutory penalties, alleging that certain language in GMAC's retail installment contract violates the Texas Consumer Credit Code, Tex.Rev.Civ.Stat.Ann. art. 5069-7.07(4) (Vernon 1971).
