Possession of cocaine: five years.

Briefly, the facts were that a Montgomery police officer, attached to the narcotics and dangerous drugs detail, received information over the telephone from an informer. That information was in reference to Milan Nikolic [the appellant] and two companions. After a short surveillance, the appellant and two companions were apprehended and four small bags of white crystalline powder, later determined to be cocaine...
