This case involves a boundary line dispute, a type of action that has long been a fertile source of litigation in the Ozarks. In February of 1975, plaintiffs filed suit against defendant, in the Circuit Court of Bollinger County, seeking determination of the interests of the respective parties in certain real estate at a point where the lands of plaintiffs and defendant had a common boundary.
