This diversity action between two liability insurers concerning the effect of an exclusionary clause and proportionate liability turned on an interpretation of Louisiana insurance law. We therefore certified two questions to the Supreme Court of Louisiana. Aetna Casualty & Surety Co. v. Hertz Corp., 573 F.2d 306 (5th Cir. 1978).
