STANIFORTH, J.

Joseph William Lontos (husband) appeals from an order denying his motion "to partially vacate" a 1970 interlocutory judgment of dissolution. He asserts the provisions requiring him to pay child and spousal support to Mrs. Lontos (wife) are void — entered without personal jurisdiction over him.
