These two cases come before us on appeal from the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida. Count I of the ten count indictment charged all appellants except William Taylor, with conspiracy to possess and distribute narcotics, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 846 and 841(a) (1976).
