OPINION

JAMES, Justice.

This is a suit for personal injuries and wrongful death, involving "strict liability" as well as "negligence" grounds of recovery. In the trial court 32 suits were brought against Appellant Lubbock Manufacturing Co. and others, all of which were consolidated and tried as one lawsuit. The claims arose from an explosion and fire which resulted from the overturning of a liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) transport vehicle in Maverick County...
