This is a petition for assessment of damages resulting from the condemnation by the state of two parcels of land owned by the plaintiff, Ronci Manufacturing Company (Ronci), in the town of Lincoln. The case was tried before a Superior Court justice sitting without a jury pursuant to G.L. 1956 (1977 Reenactment) § 37-6-18.
