This is a suit on an automobile accident insurance policy issued by defendant, State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, to plaintiffs, Gene Davis and wife, Marie Davis, for death benefits on their son, James Rodney Davis, deceased. The policy in question excluded James Rodney Davis by name from insurance coverage during such time as he was operating an automobile.
