This case presents the issue of whether a Maryland decree effecting a sale in foreclosure of property owned by appellants has a collateral estoppel effect on appellants' subsequent claims that they were fraudulently induced to purchase the property and that one of their partners violated his fiduciary duty to the partnership and is guilty of misrepresentation.
