John L. Beck, a federal prisoner confined in the Atlanta Federal Penitentiary, appeals from the district court's dismissal of his petition for habeas corpus, 28 U.S.C. § 2241. In 1972 Beck was sentenced in the Superior Court of the District of Columbia to 12 years' incarceration for armed robbery. He was paroled in 1975.
