OPINION
JOSLIN, Justice.
The issue on these appeals is whether the Superior Court erred when, in the defendant's absence, it held a revocation hearing and adjudged him a violator of both a suspended sentence previously imposed on one indictment and his probation on another. We hold that there was error and we reverse.
