The defendants, Craig Carraro and William Gray, were jointly represented by Bruce Beeman and were convicted, following a trial without a jury, of battery and criminal damage to property in excess of $150. Gray was sentenced to concurrent terms of 1 to 2 years' imprisonment on the charge of criminal damage to property and 6 months for the battery conviction. Carraro was sentenced...
