Appellant William W. McNeal filed this suit on September 3, 1976, seeking damages under the federal securities laws from defendant Paine, Webber, Jackson & Curtis, Inc. He alleged that J. Brian Skone, an account executive for Paine, Webber, continuously engaged during 1971, 1972 and the first half of 1973 in a fraudulent scheme of buying and selling securities for McNeal's account for the purpose of generating commissions for himself...
