Appeal by the plaintiff from a summary judgment in favor of the defendant. We affirm.

The plaintiff, Reno, purchased a new 1977 Chevrolet automobile from Wood Chevrolet Company in Birmingham on March 14, 1977. The purchase contract was assigned to the defendant, Genaral Motors Acceptance Corporation (GMAC), a company engaged in the business of financing automobiles.
