This case deals with the appellants' assertion that the District Court improperly denied their motion for inspection of jury records in connection with preparation and presentation of a motion challenging compliance with jury selection procedures under 28 U.S.C. § 1867.1 We agree with their argument and accordingly reverse their convictions and remand the case...
