Ken-Ny Securities Corporation, hereinafter referred to as Ken-Ny, was a record titleholder of a tract of coal land and Lawrence Hall and William J. M. Polan were its lessees. Movants Subletts' claim of ownership arises by reason of inheritance from their father, who in turn on May 23, 1946, received a deed for this property as the result of a sheriff's sale for delinquent taxes.
