Plaintiff appeals from summary judgment granted defendants by the District Court for Salt Lake County on separate motions. Two actions arising from a single automobile accident were filed, one against Defendant Troy Ostlund, the minor, unlicensed driver of the automobile, and the other against Defendant Mary Ostlund, Troy's mother and the owner of the automobile.
