This suit was brought by William Butler, appellee, and two others as lessors against Exxon Corporation, appellant, to recover alleged deficiencies in gas royalty payments under the terms and provisions of four oil and gas leases covering lands owned by the lessors in the Atkinson gas field located in Karnes and Live Oak Counties, Texas. The case was initially tried before the court without a jury and resulted in a take-nothing judgment...
