GUITTARD, Chief Justice.

In this suit on certain promissory notes, the defendants pleaded fraudulent representations and fraudulent concealment as a defense and as an offset, and also counterclaimed for damages for fraud. After a jury trial, the court awarded plaintiff judgment on the notes, disregarding certain findings in defendants' favor. With respect to the counterclaim, the court sustained plaintiff's plea of limitation, refusing to disregard other findings...
