They bring this action on their own behalf and on behalf of others similarly situated alleging that certain provisions of Title XIX of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 1396 et seq., known popularly as "Medicaid", are being violated by defendants and that defendants have violated constitutionally and statutorily protected...
