Appellees R. C. Chaney and wife, record titleholders to land, sought to enjoin a neighbor, appellant Zolia Frederick, from interfering with their possession and sued to quiet title thereto. The neighbor counterclaimed and sued in trespass to try title based on adverse possession. The case was tried to a jury.
