Pursuant to a floor-plan financing agreement, Commercial Credit Corporation (CCC) wrote two checks to its customer, Rauch Motor Company (Rauch). Rauch endorsed the checks in blank and deposited them in its checking account at University National Bank of Fort Collins (the Bank).
