Petitioner Lonnie Thomas has filed a motion to vacate, set aside, or correct his sentence pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255. At this time, we consider whether a hearing on this motion is appropriate, or whether the record before us, as it has been supplemented, disposes of the need for a hearing and enables us to decide the issues presented in this motion.
